Why we publish our prices

Transparency is a clinical value, not a discount signal.

Every number on this page is the number you would pay in the room; nothing here is an opening position. A practice that can tell you what its work does should be able to tell you what it costs. The consult exists to work out which of these numbers apply to you — not to reveal them.

Transformation memberships

Three tiers, side by side.

Most people who come for a full plan pay for it this way. Choose a 3-month or 6-month program. The 6-month is the standard price and the 3-month is $100 more a month. Every level has a one-time $599 enrollment.

  • Delivered once, in full. Free with every GLP-1 program; $149 on its own without medication (the $179 clinical fee applies). Included in every Blueprint
About the plan

Medical clearance and labs

$179 one-time clinical service fee, due at booking. It covers your medical clearance and baseline labs, and applies to the plan-only option as well. Monthly billing starts after you are cleared. The fee is non-refundable once the visit and blood draw are done.

Labs at month 3 and month 6 are required to continue your prescription: $129 each, or $229 prepaid for both.

Blueprint members have the clinical fee and these labs included.

Wellness & recovery

IV and lymphatic memberships.

Monthly IV therapy and lymphatic drainage, for recovery and for holding a result once a program is finished. 3-month minimum.

Membership terms

All three include 10% off booster injections. The Longevity Drip is not included. You may hold one body transformation program and one wellness membership together. The $299 enrollment is waived for Body Transformation members. All memberships can be paused: 1 month on a 3-month membership and 2 months on a 6-month membership.
