Your path through the Blueprint
Choose a 3-month or 6-month program, billed monthly. The 6-month is the standard price; the 3-month program is $100 more a month.
Not ready for a program? The Lunch-Time Lift is a single EvolveX + Renaface® session (30 minutes of treatment in a 45-minute visit), $299 for your first visit, credited toward The Blueprint if you enroll within 30 days.
One hour with a practitioner and a full 3D body scan. $50, paid when you reserve to secure your time slot and credited toward any package or membership you start within 30 days. If you decide not to go ahead, the protocol and your scan report are yours either way.
2 EvolveX treatments a month, 60 minutes each; nutrition and strength plans; baseline labs; a monthly 3D scan; follow-up labs at month 3 (and month 6 on the 6-month program). At our regular $475 a session, the treatments alone are $950 a month.

The $599 enrollment sets up your program: your nutrition and strength plans, baseline labs and starting 3D scan. Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps your body move fluid and recover between treatments; sessions start at $65, priced by the number of areas treated. Any medication is prescribed and supervised by our physician, based on your labs and health history; eligibility is determined at your planning session and not every client will qualify. If your physician decides both are not right for you, we place you in the Framework Blueprint and adjust your price. Private consultations are reserved with a modest $50 investment, which holds your hour with the practitioner. It is credited in full toward any package or membership you begin within 30 days. Where EvolveX works
The Blueprint sculpts the areas that diet and exercise alone struggle to change, on men and women. Your planning session maps the areas that matter most to you.
The sequence
Most people do not need everything at once. The plan runs in order, and the scan, not the calendar, tells us when to move to the next step.
Medically managed weight loss where your evaluation supports it, EvolveX treatments, a nutrition plan and a strength plan, all started together.
Once the weight stops moving, we hold there. A stable weight is what lets us see what is really left, so we do not treat a target that is still changing.
A new 3D scan against your baseline shows fat, muscle and skin by region. For many people, this is where the story ends well.
If an area still holds fat with loose skin, your provider and Dr. Pugliese set the next step from the scan, and tell you plainly if a surgeon is the honest answer.
Not everyone will need the last step, and not everyone will qualify for it. The Private Consultation is where your path is set.

Beyond the body
The Blueprint is the body. The same consultation, the same scan and the same physician direction cover everything else, and you see every price in writing before you commit.
Softening under the chin and along the jaw, laxity through the neck, texture and lines.
Physician-supervised GLP-1 for people with further to go than contouring alone can cover. Built into the Framework and Full Rebuild levels; also available on its own.
IV therapy, NAD+ and lymphatic drainage sit inside a contouring course rather than beside it. It is the part of the practice most clients keep coming back to once the program is done.

No. EvolveX is non-invasive: applicators sit on the skin, nothing is cut or injected, and there is little to no downtime — some temporary warmth or redness that fades quickly.

Each Blueprint EvolveX treatment is a full 60 minutes, and the program includes 2 a month — 12 on the 6-month program, 6 on the 3-month. At your planning session we review your scan and goals so you know what to expect.
Yes. Rapid weight loss can come with muscle loss and loose skin; the Blueprint pairs contouring and skin tightening with a strength plan built to keep the muscle you have. Eligibility for GLP-1 medication is determined through a separate medical evaluation and is not guaranteed for every patient.
Diet and training matter, and they are built into your plan. What they cannot do on their own is treat the fat and skin of a stubborn midsection directly. EvolveX does that, while your nutrition and strength plans are built for your body, not a template.
Because we measure it. Baseline labs are drawn before you begin and reviewed by our medical director, you get a 3D body scan every month — same scan, same measurements — and labs are repeated at the end of your program so start and now sit side by side.
