Two separate things get treated here: the structure (a jawline that has softened, a neck that has lost its edge) and the surface (texture, pores, dryness, scarring). Renaface® tightens and lifts the structure with radiofrequency and muscle stimulation. Microchannel infusion and microneedling work the skin. They are often combined; which is which, for your face, is what the consult establishes.

Which is right for me
A rough answer before you come in.
If it bothers you when you move your face —
that is dynamic, and it is a neuromodulator question rather than a tightening one.
If it bothers you at rest, looking straight ahead —
that is structural. Renaface® for mild to moderate laxity; beyond that, we tell you honestly at the consult.
If you pull your skin back and like what you see —
you are describing a lift. Non-surgical treatment moves you part of the way; we will tell you honestly how far, and refer you if surgery is the better answer.

Will I look like I've had something done?
Tissue-remodelling treatments do not change your features — they tighten what is already there, gradually, over months. The failure mode people fear comes from overfilled volume, which is an injectable technique issue, and it is why injector credentials matter more than the product brand.
When do I see the result?
Some tightening is visible within a few weeks, but the real change is collagen remodelling over three to six months. Photographs at the three-month mark surprise people who had stopped noticing week to week.
Am I too young or too old?
Mid-thirties to mid-sixties covers most of what we treat. Earlier than that is usually texture rather than laxity. Later than that, the honest answer depends on skin quality and how much laxity there is — which is a five-minute conversation at a consult.
