Frequently asked
Questions, answered plainly.
64 questions, grouped by hub. Every one of them also lives on its own page — this is the index. If yours is not here, it is a five-minute conversation at the consult, and we would rather say “it depends” in the room than guess on a website.
$150 The Blueprint Consult — one hour, a full 3D scan, a written protocol. Credited toward any package or membership within 60 days. Will I be pressured?
No. Nobody here is compensated on what you spend during your consult, and there is no script. You will get a recommendation because you asked for one — you will not get a close.
What if I'm not a candidate?
Then we say so, and we tell you what would work instead — including referring you to a surgeon if that is the honest answer. We turn people away regularly. A practice that never does is not assessing anyone.
I only want Botox. Do I need this?
No. Injectables and repeat treatments book directly with no consult fee — use the direct booking page. The Blueprint Consult is for anything that needs a plan.
Is the $150 refundable?
It is credited toward any package or membership you begin within 60 days, which for most people means it costs nothing. If you decide not to go ahead, it is not refunded — it paid for the hour and the scan, and you keep the protocol and the scan report.
Do you take insurance?
No. Aesthetic treatment is not covered by insurance anywhere. We do offer financing through Cherry, Affirm, CareCredit and an in-house plan, and we will walk through it if you want.
Can my partner come?
Yes — and if they want a plan of their own, we will scan them too for the same fee. Say so when you book so we can allow the time.
How soon could I start?
Most protocols can begin within a week or two of the consult. Some require lab work first, and a few are seasonal — we will tell you which applies to you in the room.
How long before I see anything?
Fat and muscle changes typically become visible around weeks six to eight and continue for several months afterwards. This is why we re-scan at 30, 60 and 90 days rather than asking you to judge it in a mirror.
Is it permanent?
Fat cells reduced by these treatments do not come back, but the remaining ones can still enlarge — results hold if your weight does. Muscle gains need maintenance, which is what the membership tiers exist for.
Does it hurt?
No. EvolveX feels like deep warmth with a contracting sensation; most people read or work through a session, and no numbing is needed. Cold laser is felt as nothing at all.
Why would I choose this over the minimally invasive option?
No downtime, no anaesthetic, no needles, and a lower cost per session. The trade is that it addresses fat and muscle rather than loose skin, and it works over a course rather than in one appointment. If skin laxity is your main complaint, the other category is the honest answer.
Do you treat men?
About half our patients are men. There is a whole practice built around it.
Am I awake?
Yes. The area is numbed with local anaesthetic and you are awake and comfortable throughout. There is no general anaesthetic, no anaesthetist and no recovery room — you drive yourself home.
What does the downtime actually look like?
Swelling and bruising for the first few days, tenderness for about a week, and a compression garment for a period we will specify. Most people work from home for two or three days and are back to normal clothing inside a fortnight. Full results take three to six months as tissue remodels.
Will there be scars?
Entry points are small enough not to require stitches and are placed where they are least visible. They fade to near-invisible in most patients, which is one of the main reasons people choose this over surgery.
Is one treatment really enough?
For QuantumRF, usually yes — that is the point of it. Morpheus8 Body is typically a short series. Your consult will tell you which applies to your areas, and we would rather over-state the number than under-state it.
How is this different from liposuction?
Liposuction removes fat but does nothing for the skin left behind, which is why it can disappoint patients with laxity. These treatments address the skin as well as the fat, in one appointment, without a theatre. For large-volume removal, liposuction or a tummy tuck is still the right answer, and we will say so.
Who performs it?
These are performed under physician direction with written protocols. Our medical standards are published, which is not true of most practices offering this.
Will I look like I've had something done?
Tissue-remodelling treatments do not change your features — they tighten what is already there, gradually, over months. The failure mode people fear comes from overfilled volume, which is an injectable technique issue, and it is why injector credentials matter more than the product brand.
How much downtime really?
Morpheus8 leaves you visibly pink with a grid pattern for a day or three, and makeup covers it after 48 hours. QuantumRF Face & Neck involves swelling and some bruising for a few days. Plan around anything important — most people book on a Thursday.
When do I see the result?
Some tightening is visible within a few weeks, but the real change is collagen remodelling over three to six months. Photographs at the three-month mark surprise people who had stopped noticing week to week.
Am I too young or too old?
Mid-thirties to mid-sixties covers most of what we treat. Earlier than that is usually texture rather than laxity. Later than that, the honest answer depends on skin quality and how much laxity there is — which is a five-minute conversation at a consult.
Can I combine this with Botox?
Yes, and most people do — they solve different problems. Sequencing matters slightly, and that is planned into your protocol.
Do I need a consult first?
No. Injectables are the one category that books straight into the calendar, without the $150 consult fee. Book directly — including a first appointment — and your injector assesses you in the chair before anything is placed.
How long does it last?
Botox & Dysport is typically repeated every 3–4 months. Dermal fillers are typically repeated every 9–18 months, depending on the area and the product. Biostimulators work over months, across 2–3 treatments, because they build your own collagen rather than adding volume on the day.
Will I look like I’ve had something done?
The overdone look people fear comes from filler used for volume where the problem was structure — too much product, in the wrong plane. It is a technique issue, which is why the credentials of the injector matter more than the brand of the product. Filler here is placed for structure; neuromodulator is dosed so you still move your face.
What is the difference between Botox and Dysport?
Both are neuromodulators that relax the muscle beneath a line of expression. Which one your injector uses for a given area is a clinical choice made in the chair, from your history and what you have had before — not a menu decision.
Is there downtime?
Botox & Dysport: none — you go back to your day from the appointment. Dermal fillers: minimal — some swelling or a small bruise at the injection point for a few days is normal. Plan a filler appointment a week or two ahead of anything important.
What does it cost?
Botox & Dysport is priced per unit, dermal fillers per syringe and biostimulators per treatment. The numbers are being finalised ahead of launch and are published on the pricing page the moment the practice confirms them — never as an estimate here.
Can I combine injectables with skin tightening?
Yes, and most people over forty do — they solve different problems. Radiofrequency remodels and tightens tissue; injectables relax muscle and restore structure. Sequencing matters slightly, and it is planned into your protocol at the consult if you are doing both. Face, skin and jawline.
Who performs it?
Credentialed injectors, under the direction of Dr. Andrew Pugliese, our medical director. Karen Heimbrecht, RN, clinical director, runs clinical standards and training. Protocols are written and versioned, not improvised.
Do I qualify?
Not every patient qualifies, and the consult decides. Your history, your goals and a baseline 3D scan go in front of the medical director before anything is prescribed — nothing is prescribed on this site, only in the room. If prescription medication is not appropriate for you, you leave with a written plan for what is.
Do I have to come to the clinic every week?
No. You can visit the clinic for each dose, or take a supply for home treatment with a check-in on the schedule your provider sets. There is also a full telemedicine option — from the consult itself to delivery to your door — for people who would rather skip the traffic. Consistency is what drives results; where you are consistent is up to you.
What happens to my muscle?
Weight loss takes some muscle with the fat unless something is done about it, which is why we track composition by 3D scan at 30, 60 and 90 days rather than the bathroom scale, and why protein and strength training are part of every plan. Where the scan shows muscle going, non-invasive contouring — which builds muscle as well as reducing fat — runs alongside the weight loss rather than after it.
How quickly will I see results?
Most people do not see major changes overnight, particularly when a dose starts low and increases slowly, and plateaus can happen. Weight loss varies from person to person. What you will notice earlier is portion control, fewer cravings and more energy — and the 30-day scan measures circumference rather than asking you to judge it in a mirror.
What are the side effects?
The most common are digestive — nausea, constipation, bloating or mild stomach discomfort, especially when first starting or when a dose changes. Smaller meals, eating slowly and drinking water through the day help most people. Anything severe is reported to the office straight away, which is one of the reasons the plan is supervised weekly rather than dispensed and forgotten.
What does it cost?
The price of a supervised plan is published on the pricing page the moment the practice confirms it. Elite Full-Body Transformation is $2,199 a month. The Blueprint Consult is $150, credited toward any package or membership you begin within 60 days.
Do you treat men?
About half our patients are men — and the founder, whose case is on this page, is one of them. There is a whole practice built around it.
Do I need a consult?
Not for an infusion or NAD+ — those book directly, with no $150 consult fee, and your provider reviews your goals and history when you arrive. If recovery is part of a contouring course, it is planned at The Blueprint Consult with everything else.
How long does an infusion take?
Typically 30 to 60 minutes. A small catheter is placed in the arm, and you read, rest or use your phone through a gentle, steady infusion, monitored by a trained medical professional. Most people begin to feel the effects shortly afterwards or within a few hours.
Can you come to me?
Infusions are given in the L(IV)E Lounge at the Alpharetta suite or at home. Tell us which when you book.
How often should I come?
It varies with your goals and how you live. Some people come occasionally — after travel, illness or a hard training block. Others put a session into a broader plan weekly or monthly. Where recovery is part of a contouring course, the schedule is set in the protocol. Your provider recommends a frequency that fits, without overuse.
What are the side effects?
Infusions are generally well tolerated when given by trained medical professionals. Mild effects can include temporary bruising, slight swelling or tenderness where the catheter went in, or a cool feeling in the arm during the infusion. Your provider reviews your history beforehand. NAD+ by injection can leave the site tender; the nasal spray can cause brief irritation or a mild headache in some people.
NAD+ injection or nasal spray — which?
Both bypass the digestive system. An intramuscular injection has the quicker onset; a subcutaneous injection is slower and gentler; the nasal spray is absorbed through the nasal cavity. Which suits you is a five-minute conversation with your provider, and it can change over time.
Who should not have NAD+?
People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and people with certain medical conditions or on certain treatments — medications, supplements, allergies and history are reviewed before the first session, which is why the assessment is not skipped for the sake of speed.
What does lymphatic drainage cost?
$175 a session. Infusion and NAD+ pricing is published on the pricing page the moment the practice confirms it.
Is this a women’s practice with a men’s page?
No. About half the people we treat are men, and the men’s practice has its own photography, its own named protocol and its own results. The body treatments are performed by Thomas Brown, RCS, a co-founder; Dr. Andrew Pugliese, the medical director, directs every clinical protocol.
What happens at the first visit?
The Blueprint Consult. One hour with a practitioner and a full 3D body scan. $150, credited toward any package or membership you start within 60 days. If you decide not to go ahead, the protocol and your scan report are yours either way.
Is any of this surgery?
No. EvolveX is non-invasive: applicators sit on the skin, nothing is cut or injected, and there is little to no downtime — some temporary warmth or redness that fades quickly.
QuantumRF and Morpheus8 are minimally invasive, performed in the suite under physician direction, with a few days of downtime. If a surgeon is the honest answer for what you want, we will say so at the consult.
How long is a session, and how many will I need?
An EvolveX session runs 30 to 60 minutes; most people read or listen to music through it. Sessions are usually scheduled once or twice a week, and a course runs six to twelve of them. The number is set at the consult from your scan, not from a menu.
What does it cost?
EvolveX is $475 a session, with packages of 6 for $2,400, 9 for $3,500, 12 for $4,500. Lymphatic drainage is $175 a session. Morpheus8 and QuantumRF are new platforms; their prices are published the moment they are confirmed.
Financing runs through Cherry, Affirm, CareCredit or in-house. Full pricing and memberships.
Is this the same practice as the men’s?
Yes — the same physician direction, the same 3D scan, the same written protocol with its price on it. The women's practice has its own named program, its own photography and its own results, because a page illustrated with someone else's body tells you nothing about yours.
What happens at the first visit?
The Blueprint Consult. One hour with a practitioner and a full 3D body scan. $150, credited toward any package or membership you start within 60 days. If you decide not to go ahead, the protocol and your scan report are yours either way.
Is any of this surgery?
No. Non-invasive contouring works through applicators on the skin — nothing is cut or injected, and there is no downtime. Minimally invasive treatments are performed in the suite under local anaesthetic, through entry points small enough not to need stitches, with a few days of recovery.
For post-pregnancy laxity that is a non-surgical alternative to the surgical mommy makeover — with an honest ceiling. If a surgeon is the right answer for what you want, we will say so at the consult and refer you.
Can I be treated while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Body treatments and prescription therapy wait until you are neither — that is standard candidacy, and the consult is where the timing is set. Anything else about your history is a conversation with the medical director, not a rule on a website.
How soon after having a baby can I start?
There is no number we would put on a page, because it depends on you, your delivery and what you want treated. Getting back to where you were can take up to a year, and a plan that respects that lasts longer than one that rushes it. The consult sets the timing; the scan sets the baseline.
Every plan is priced in writing at the consult before you commit to anything.
Financing runs through Cherry, Affirm, CareCredit or in-house. Full pricing and memberships.
Are the prices on the site the prices in the room?
Yes. Every number on the pricing page is the number you would pay; nothing is an opening position. The consult exists to work out which of those numbers apply to you — not to reveal them.
What does “Price TBC” mean?
That the practice has not confirmed the number yet — usually because the platform is launching, or because a membership’s inclusions are still being finalised. The row says so rather than guessing, and the price is published the moment it is confirmed. Nothing marked TBC should be read as an estimate.
What do the memberships cost?
Three transformation tiers: Foundation from $199 to $399 a month; Transform from $599 a month; Elite from $899 a month. Elite Full-Body Transformation Protocol is $2,199 a month. What each tier includes — and what those inclusions would cost à la carte — is confirmed at your consult.
Membership terms (pausing, minimum term, unused sessions) are being finalised and will be published in full once the practice confirms them; until then nothing on the site should be read as a term.
What does EvolveX cost?
$475 a session, with packages of 6 for $2,400, 9 for $3,500, 12 for $4,500. A 3D body scan is included with every plan and repeated at 30, 60 and 90 days. The à la carte table has every individual treatment.
Can I finance a package?
Yes — through Cherry, Affirm, CareCredit or a plan arranged in-house. Approval, rates and terms are the partner’s, settled before your first session. For scale: a $3,500 nine-session EvolveX package over 24 months is about $146 a month — illustrative only; the partner sets the rate and the term.
Is the $150 consult credited?
Yes. Credited toward any package or membership you begin within 60 days. The fee exists so the hour is yours — not a sales appointment with a consultation attached. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the protocol and the scan report.
Are there any offers?
New patient offer: EvolveX 6-treatment package, $2,400, with 6 cold laser treatments free. Or the 12-treatment package for $4,500 with 12 cold laser treatments free. EvolveX is an FDA-cleared Class II medical device and requires clinical evaluation for treatment approval. First responders · military · teachers: 10% off all therapies and treatments, excludes weight loss medications.
No offer on the site carries a fake deadline; where an end date exists it is printed. Current offers.
