Microchannel Infusion Therapy in Alpharetta, GA

Microchannels that carry hyaluronic acid and GHK-Cu into the skin

From $199 per session · confirmed in writing at your consult

In short

Microchannel infusion therapy opens thousands of microscopic channels in the surface of the skin, then infuses a hyaluronic acid and GHK-Cu (copper peptide) formulation through them. It is skin-quality work for the face, arms and abdomen: hydration, texture and the dry, crepey look of tired skin. It is not a tightening or fat-loss treatment, and we say so at the consult. Face $199, arms $249 and abdominals $249 per session.

How it actually works

The mechanism, plainly.

A handpiece passes over the skin and creates thousands of microscopic channels in its surface layer, to a depth set for the area being treated. The channels are what make the treatment different from rubbing a product on: they give the formulation a direct route into the skin instead of leaving it on top.

The formulation is then infused through those channels. Hyaluronic acid binds water and is there for hydration. GHK-Cu is a copper peptide that occurs naturally in the body and is widely used in skin-quality protocols. The channels are microscopic, and there is no downtime. It improves how skin looks and feels; it does not tighten loose skin or remove fat. Where that is the complaint we point you to Renaface® for the face or EvolveX for the body.

Candidacy

Who it is for — and who it isn't.

This is for you if

  • It is the quality of the skin that bothers you — dryness, dullness, texture, a crepey look — rather than its shape.
  • You want a gentle series with no downtime.
  • You want to add skin quality to a body or face plan you already have.

This isn't for you if

  • It is loose skin or stubborn fat. That needs energy-based treatment: Renaface® for the face, EvolveX for the body.
  • The skin in the area is broken, infected or actively inflamed.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a known sensitivity to hyaluronic acid or copper peptides. Your provider checks this at the consult.

Who performs it

Under physician direction, every time.

Dr. Andrew Pugliese is our medical director and oversees every clinical protocol. Samantha Thrower, BSN, RN is clinical director and runs treatment delivery and training. Protocols are written and versioned, not improvised. More on how we work.

Questions

About microchannel infusion.

What is infused through the channels?

Hyaluronic acid and GHK-Cu, a copper peptide. Your provider confirms the formulation for your skin at the consult. Exosomes can be added as well (see below).

Does it hurt?

Numbing and comfort measures are set at the consult for the area being treated. We would rather tell you plainly than promise it is painless.

How much downtime?

None. Microchannel infusion has no downtime, so you can go straight back to your day. What to put on your skin, and when, is written down for you at the session.

How many sessions?

A series, set at your consult against your skin. The result is judged after the series, not after the first session.

Will it tighten loose skin or reduce fat?

No. It improves hydration and skin quality. Loose skin and stubborn fat are treated with Renaface® on the face and EvolveX on the body, and the consult tells you which fits.

Can I combine it with other treatments?

Yes. It sits alongside the rest of your plan, and sequencing is planned into your protocol.

Can exosomes be added?

Yes. Exosomes can be infused through the channels as an add-on to any session. The price is set at your appointment, based on the amount and the type of exosomes used, and confirmed in writing before anything is booked. Exosome products are not FDA-approved, and your provider reviews whether they are appropriate for you at the consult.

What does it cost?

Face $199, arms $249 and abdominals $249 per session. Exosomes are an optional add-on, priced at your appointment. The number of sessions is set at your consult and the price is confirmed in writing before anything is booked.
